麻杏石甘汤对哮喘小鼠肺功能及氧自由基的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察麻杏石甘汤对哮喘模型小鼠肺功能及氧自由基的影响。方法用鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)抗原液腹腔注射致敏并以低浓度OVA雾化吸入激发制作小鼠哮喘模型,从激发起,麻杏石甘汤、地塞米松片连续7 d灌胃,测定小鼠呼气阻力,并以分光光度法检测小鼠肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果麻杏石甘汤能降低小鼠呼气阻力(Re)。与模型组相比,麻杏石甘汤组小鼠肺组织中SOD活性明显升高而MDA降低(均P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤利于增强肺功能,提高肺组织抗氧化能力。 Objective To observe the effect of MaXingShiGan decoction on lung function, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondial- dehyde(MDA) in mouse asthma models. Methods The asthmatic modds were made by ovalbumin (OVA) antigen fluid injected in abdomi- nal cavity and spray inhalation aroused with low density OVA. MaXingShiGan decoction and Dexamethasone tablet were administered for 7 days from stimulating on, observe changes of expiratory resistance (Re). the concentrations of inflammation factors such as SOD and M DA in the lung tissue of each mouse were detected. Results MaXingShiGan decoction reduced Re, increased SOD and reduceed MDA in the lung tissue compare with the asthmatic group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion MaXingShiGan decoction was advantageous in strengthen lung function and adjusting the balance of oxidants/antioxidants.
