摘要 动脉粥样硬化(AS)是引起心脑血管疾病的主要原因之一。血管平滑肌细胞被认为是AS斑块形成的主要启动子,血管平滑肌细胞迁移、增殖和凋亡在AS病变形成及粥样斑块破裂机制中起重要作用。现就血管平滑肌细胞在AS中的作用及其近年来针对AS斑块尤其是平滑肌细胞的分子影像学研究进展进行综述。 Atherosclerosis(AS)is one of the main causes of cardio-cerebral-vascular diseases.Vascular smooth muscle cells are considered to be the main promoter of the formation of AS plaque.Vascular smooth muscle cell migration,proliferation and apoptosis play an important role in atherosclerotic lesion formation and plaque rupture mechanisms.Here is to make a review on the role of vascular smooth muscle cells in AS and especially molecular imaging studies on atherosclerotic plaque targeting at vascular smooth muscle cells in recent years.
