摘要
着重探讨了小波变换在异步电机转子断条诊断中的应用,通过对异步电机启动电流进行小波变换,根据电机启动过程中转差率较大,故障特征频率逐渐逼近基频的特点,与完好电机比较,克服傅里叶变换缺乏对信号局部特征的描述能力,即缺乏空间(时间)局部性的不足,及时判断出异步电机存在的转子故障。
This article emphasizes discussing the wavelet transform applications in the diagnosis of the asynchronous motor with broken rotor bars.Through conducting wavelet transform to the starting current of the asynchronous motor,it compares the fault motors with the intact ones on the basis of the relatively big slip ratio when the motor is starting and its fault featured frequency is close to the value of the base frequency.It overcomes the lack of ability to represent the locality features of the signal which means the shortage of the localized space(or time) when using the Fourier transformation,so as to estimate the fault of the asynchronous motor rotor in time.
