摘要
通过对娄烦县水资源基本特征和开发利用现状的系统分析,探讨了娄烦县水资源开发利用中存在的问题,提出了推进水利基础设施建设、减少煤矿开采对地下水影响、加大企业污水排放治理力度等措施,对实现娄烦县水资源可持续开发利用可起到一定的指导作用。
Through systematic analysis on the basic characteristics and current development and utilization of the water resources in Loufan County, this paper probes into some problems existing in the development and utilization of the water resources in Loufan County, and puts forward some measures for promoting the construction of water infrastructure, reducing the effects of coal mining on groundwater , and strengthening the control of sewage disposal, etc., which can provide certain guidance for sustainable development and utilization of water resources in Loufan Country.
