摘要
通过对榆林市1980-2005年的用水指标分析表明,农业灌溉用水指标、工业万元用水量均表现为一定的下降趋势;随着生活水平的提高,城镇生活和农村生活用水指标有了一些提高。但与其他地区相比,榆林市用水效率低下,其原因是多方面的,且不同部门各有差异。在遵循技术细则的前提下,结合榆林市水资源开发利用现状,对未来水平年榆林市国民经济各部门节水潜力进行了估算。结果表明,随着科学技术的发展,农业节水潜力巨大,在2030年,工业节水水平将明显提高,节水潜力较大。
According to the analysis of the water use index from 1980 to 2005 in Yulin city, it is found that agriculture and industry water use index present small declining trend, while the life water use index present increase trend. But compared with other areas, the water use efficiency in Yulin city is low. There are various reasons for this. Under theprecondition of technical regulation, combined with the present situation of Yulin city, the future water saving potential in Yulin city is estimated. The result indicates that with the development of science and technology, the water saving potential of agricultural is huge, and the industrial water saving level will be evidently enhanced in 2030.
