摘要
在人工气候箱内比较了接种不同密度烟蚜在萝卜和烟草上的繁殖数量。结果表明,在萝卜上每株接10头成蚜,15天后烟蚜繁殖量最大,平均约455.6头/株。在烟草上每株接25头成蚜,15天后烟蚜繁殖量最大,平均约508.2头/株。每株接5头或10头烟蚜,均在15天和21天出现两个繁殖高峰。但从繁殖周期的角度考虑,萝卜适宜大量繁蚜,烟草则更适宜保蚜种。
The reproduction amount of Myzus persicae (Sulzer) with different densities reared on radish and tobacco were compared. The results indicated that the reproduction amount was the largest as about 455.6 and 508.2 respectively per plant when 10 adults reared on one radish plant and 25 adults on one tobacco plant after 15 days. In addition, the reproduction peaks appeared both on the 15th and 21st day if 5 or 10 adults of Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were reared on tobacco. But considering reproduction cycle, radish was fit for scale rearing, and tobacco was fit for breed conservation.
