摘要
目的了解2010年福州市手足口病的病原体型别及分布特征,为制订预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采集974份手足口临床诊断病例的咽拭子、肛拭子(粪便)等样本,应用实时荧光RT-PCR法检测EV71和CoxA16病毒核酸。结果共检测974份标本,其中EV71阳性434份,占标本总数的44.56%;CA16阳性123份,占标本总数的12.63%。手足口病发病4月呈现上升,6月达发病高峰,9月又达一小高峰。仓山区、晋安区病例较多。结论手足口病在福州市分布广,引起福州市2010年手足口病的主要病原体为EV71。
Objective To study the types of pathogens and distributional characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Fuzhou in 2010,and provide scientific evidences for the disease prevention and control.Method Total of 974 throat swabs and stool samples of HFMD clinical diagnosed cases were collected,and EV71 and CoxA16 viral nucleic acid were detected by real-time RT-PCR.Results Among the 974 cases,434 were EV 71 positive,accounting for 44.56%,and 123 were CoxA16 positve,accounting for 12.63%.The disease showed an increased trend in April,and reached to the peak in June.There was another peak in September.There were more clinical diagnosed cases in Cangshan District and Jinan District.Conclusions HFMD was prevalent in Fuzhou and most of the cases were caused by enterovirus 71.
