摘要
目的:分析辛夷正己烷萃取物中挥发性成分。方法:采用正己烷超声萃取法从辛夷中提取挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果:经气相色谱从辛夷正己烷萃取物中分别鉴定出了40种化合物。结论:本方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于中药挥发油的成分快速分析。
Objective ：To analyze the chemical compositions of volatile oil in n-hexane extract from flos magnoliae. Meth- ods： Essential oil was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane, the chemical components of essential oil were ana- lyzed by GC-MS and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data. Results ：40 kinds of volatile components were separated and identified. Conclusion：This method is stable, reliable and reproducible. It is suitable for quick analysis of volatile oil fi＇om Chinese traditional medicine.
