摘要
采用超临界ＣＯ２ 流萃取辛夷挥发油，对在不同条件下萃取的辛夷挥发油，用色谱－ 质谱（ＧＣ－ ＭＳ） 联用方法进行了化学组分的测定和分析，并与水蒸气蒸馏法所得之挥发油化学组分相比较，发现超临界ＣＯ２ 流萃取的挥发油香气、品质和产率均优于蒸馏法所得。
The volatile oil of “Xinyi” was extracted by the method of supercritical CO 2 flow.The chemical constituents of the volatile oil extracted in different conditions were determined and analyzed.The result showed that the extraction rate of steam distillation was 2.4% and the volatile oil contained 34 components,while the extraction rate of supercritical flow was 4.1%～4.2% and was in average 73% higher than that of steam distillation.The volatil oil extracted by supercritical flow contained 54 components and its quality was better than that by steam distillation.
