摘要
采用超临界CO2 流萃取辛夷挥发油,对在不同条件下萃取的辛夷挥发油,用色谱- 质谱(GC- MS) 联用方法进行了化学组分的测定和分析,并与水蒸气蒸馏法所得之挥发油化学组分相比较,发现超临界CO2 流萃取的挥发油香气、品质和产率均优于蒸馏法所得。
The volatile oil of “Xinyi” was extracted by the method of supercritical CO 2 flow.The chemical constituents of the volatile oil extracted in different conditions were determined and analyzed.The result showed that the extraction rate of steam distillation was 2.4% and the volatile oil contained 34 components,while the extraction rate of supercritical flow was 4.1%~4.2% and was in average 73% higher than that of steam distillation.The volatil oil extracted by supercritical flow contained 54 components and its quality was better than that by steam distillation.
