摘要
垂体瘤属颅内常见肿瘤,可归于祖国医学"脑瘤"范畴,西医治疗手段及疗效均很有限。张秋娟教授从事垂体瘤医、教、研多年,学验颇丰,执简驭繁地将垂体瘤纷繁复杂的中医病因病机概括为"痰瘀互结",并采用"化痰祛瘀"为治疗大法,临床收效显著。
Pituitary adenoma is a common-seen intracranial tumor,which can be ascribed to＂brain tumor＂in traditional Chinese medicine.It is difficult to cure by western medicine.Professor ZHANG Qiu-juan has engaged herself in the clinic,research and teach of pituitary adenoma for many years,which helps accumulate the experience.Professor ZHANG summarized its cause and pathogenesis as phlegm and blood stasis.Thus,treatment principle of dissipate phlegm and remove blood stasis is used and good response can be achieved in clinic.
