摘要
目的:研究乳香和从中提取的总乳香酸对大鼠肝脏毒性作用。方法:60只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、乳香组、总乳香酸低、中、高剂量组。乳香组给药剂量为6g生药/kg,总乳香酸低、中、高剂量组给药剂量分别为1.5、3、6g生药/kg。连续灌胃给药4周后,检测血清AST、ALP及ALT指标和血清、肝组织中氧化应激指标MDA、SOD;进行大鼠骨髓微核试验。结果:与对照组相比,乳香组肝系数显著升高;血清ALT、MDA升高,肝组织MDA升高,SOD降低;总乳香酸组血清SOD升高,肝组织MDA、SOD降低;各给药组微核率与对照组无明显差异。结论:乳香在6g生药/kg剂量下有一定的肝毒性,总乳香酸没有明显的肝损伤;乳香及总乳香酸无明显遗传毒性。
Objective:To study the hepatotoxicity of boswellic acids and Boswellia serrata.Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups which were control group,Boswellia serrata group,high dose of boswellic acids groups,medium dose of boswellic acids group and low dose of boswellic acids group.The dose of boswellia serrata group was 6g/kg(crude drug).The dose of boswellic acids in low,medium and high dose groups were 1.5,3,6g/kg(crude drug) respectively.The rats were administered once a day for 4 weeks.After administration,AST,ALP and ALT in serum were tested.MDA and SOD in serum and liver were detected too.Bone marrow micronucleus test was observed.Results:Liver coefficient of Boswellia serrata group was higher than that of control group.ALT and MDA levels in serum were higher.MDA of liver was higher and SOD was lower.SOD level of serum in boswellic acids group was higher while MDA and SOD levels of liver were lower.Micronuclear rates had no difference contrasted with control group.Conclusion:Boswellic acids didn't have obvious hepatotoxicity.Boswellia serrata and boswellic acids didn't have obvious genetic toxicity.
