摘要
目的探讨中级和高级专业技术职称竞聘在护理管理中的应用效果。方法将中、高级职称护理人员分为竞聘组67例(2008年10月~2011年10月)和非竞聘组40例(2005年10月~2007年9月)。竞聘组应用职称考核制度进行岗位竞聘人员,包括竞聘考核测评、一级考评及述职演讲3个环节;非竞聘组未采用系统的职称竞聘方法,即取得全国卫生专业技术资格后,经医院各级领导的审核即可聘用。比较两组护理人员的护理工作质量、授课能力与综合考评情况。结果两组参加中级和高级专业技术职称竞聘的护理人员在护理工作质量、授课能力和综合考评方面比较,差异具有统计学意义,均P<0.05,竞聘组护理人员护理工作质量、授课能力和综合考评指标评分均高于非竞聘组。结论中级和高级专业技术职称竞聘能有效提高护士综合能力,达到了教学、科研、岗位能力与护理质量共同提高的目的。
Objective To investigate the effect of competition system for intermediate and senior professional titles in nursing management. Methods 40 nurses with intermediate and senior professional titles during October 2005 to September 2007 were set as non-competition group and another 67 nurses with the same titles during October 2008 and October 2011 as competition group. In the competition group, the evaluation system for professional titles was used including competition for appointment by assessments, general examination and oral representation, lu the non-competition group, no systematic assessments over the candidates was performed; their appointments were subjeet to the approvals by the leaders of the department and the hospital on conditions that the candidates had passed the national examinations on medical professional titles. The two groups were eompared in terms of nursing quality, teaehing ability and comprehensive evaluations. Results The eompetition group was significantly better than the non-competition group in eomparison of the nursing quality, teaching ability and comprehensive evaluations (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The competition system for intermediate and senior professional titles can effectively improve the general ability of nurses in teaching, research and job capacity.
