摘要
探讨国际棉纺设备技术的新进展。介绍了2011年巴塞罗那国际纺机展棉纺设备新进展,如供应转杯纺的梳棉机单产已达250 kg～280 kg,精梳机达到600钳次/min,转杯纺速度实现200 000 r/min,自动络纱机的智能化,纺纱全过程生产质量自动监控系统及新型纺纱技术等。认为,这些新技术、新设备引领着发展潮流,代表着世界先进水平和技术创新方向,值得学习与借鉴。
New developments of internal cotton spinning equipment technology were discussed. New development of 2011 Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition were introduced, such as the output of carding machine supplying rotor spinning machine output can reach 250 kg -280 kg,eomber cylinder speed can reach 600 times per minute, rotor speed can reach 200 000 r/min, auto winding machine is becoming intelligent, spinning whole process production quality automatic monitoring system in the whole process and new spinning technology. It is considered that the new technology, new equipment lead the development trend, can represent world advanced level and technology innovation new direction, should be studied and learned well.
