摘要
42V-14V汽车双电源结构为电力电子设备的大量使用提供了机会。为了满足这类市场一方面低成本,另一方面严格的温度和体积限制的要求,我们在不同的技术基础上提出了三种设计方法来构件42V/14VDC-DC变换器。这些设计方法都可用于大规模生产,但是都存在一个共同的限制:功率等级受限。因此必须将数个设备并联以达到所需的功率等级。我们进行了实际的设计并对它进行了评估。
The dual 42V-14V automotive powernet provides an opportunity for a high volume application of power electronics, To meet the needs of this market, namely low cost on one and stringent temperature and size requirements on the other side, we propose three concepts, based on different technology bases, to construct a 42V/14V DCDC converter. These concepts have been chosen for their suitability for large volume production but they have a common limitation namely that the power level is limited. Therefore a number of them have to be connected in parallel in order to achieve the desired power rating. Virtual designs are presented and evaluated.
