摘要
目的探讨头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平对原发性高血压性头痛的临床疗效。方法将2011年6月至2012年1月期间收治的85例原发性高血压性头痛患者,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组40例,治疗组口服头痛宁胶囊4粒tid和尼莫地平片40 mg tid,对照组口服尼莫地平片40 mg tid。结果治疗组总有效率91.6%,与对照组72.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗高血压性头痛有良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the Toutongning capsule combined with nimodipine on primary hypertension headache clinical efficacy,Methods 2011June to 2012 January treated 85 cases of primary hypertension headache patients,were randomly divided into the treatment group 45 cases and control group40 cases in treatment group,oral Toutongning 4 capsules TID and Nimodipine Tablets by40 mg TID,the control group oral nimodipine tablets by40 mg TID.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group91.6%,72.3%,2 groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Toutongning capsule combined with nimodipine in treatment of hypertension headache have a good effect.
