摘要
目的观察玻璃体切割术配合除风益损汤加味治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法2008年1月至2010年12月在我院接受玻璃体切割术配合除风益损汤加味治疗的增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者78例104只眼,对手术时间、术后1～3个月时的最佳矫正视力及玻璃体出血情况进行回顾性分析。结果手术耗时40～146 min,平均(82.36±22.83)min。术后矫正视力较术前提高者62只眼,占59.6%;视力不变者29只眼,占27.9%;视力下降者13只眼,占12.5%。术后出血共11只眼,占10.6%,其中4只眼出血自行吸收,7只眼行玻璃体腔冲洗术。结论对于接受玻璃体切割手术治疗的增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者,在手术前后配合应用除风益损汤加味,有助于减少术中术后出血,并提高视力。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Chufeng Yisun Decoction assisted pars plana vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.METHODS The results of 78 patients（104 eyes） with proliferative diabetic retinopathy undergone PPV assisted with Chufeng Yisun Decoction were retrospectively evaluated.RESULTS The surgery lasted for 82.36±22.83 minutes（range from 40 to 146 minutes）.The best corrected visual acuity improved in 62 eyes（59.6%）,unchanged in 29 eyes（27.9%）,and decreased in 13 eyes（12.5%） postoperatively.Eleven eyes（10.6%） had postoperative vitreous hemorrhage,7 of which required surgical washout.CONCLUSIONS Chufeng Yisun Decoction assisted pars plana vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy may decrease vitreous hemorrhage and improve the visual acuity.
