摘要
[目的]探讨玻璃体视网膜手术治疗晚期增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)的临床效果.[方法]120例(125只眼)晚期PDR患者施行玻璃体视网膜手术,术后1～3个月间接眼底镜和荧光素眼底血管造影复查,分析手术后视力改进效果和并发症.[结果]术后视力提高93只眼占74.4%,术后主要并发症有玻璃体再出血,视网膜脱离,高眼压,葡萄膜炎症,并发性白内障,新生血管性青光眼、视网膜中央动脉阻塞,视神经萎缩.[结论]玻璃体视网膜手术是目前治疗晚期PDR的有效方法,精确的手术操作和术后及时辅以激光治疗,是保证术后远期疗效的关键.
[ObjectivelTo investigate the effect of vitreoretinal surgery in patients with late stage of proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR）. [Methods]Vitreoretinal surgery was undergone in 120 cases（ 125 eyes） in late stage of PDR. Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity , slit lamp ,intraocular pressure, fundus examination by indirect ophthalmoscopy and fluorescein angiography（FFA） were studied. The complications of operation were analysed. [Results]Final visual acuity was improved in 93 eyes（74.4 % ）. The major operative complications included vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment, high intraocular pressure, uveitis, complicated cataract,neovascular glaucoma, central retinal artery occlusion and optic atrophy [Conclusion]Vitreoretinal surgery is an effective and safe procedure for the late stage of PDR. A skilled and careful surgical technique as well as postoperation photocoagulation in time were the key for its good outcome.
