摘要
玻璃体切割手术是目前治疗晚期增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)唯一有效的方法,但PDR病情较复杂,手术难度较大,术后常有并发症发生,影响术后效果。中医药在眼科围手术期及玻璃体出血的治疗上有一定优势,因此在PDR玻璃体切割术的围手术期,运用中医理论辨证施治以减轻术后反应及并发症的发生,改善预后,是具有可行性的。本文从晚期PDR证治特点及手术创伤病机着手,对PDR玻璃体切割术前、术后的病机特点和证治方法进行了初步的探讨。
Vitrectomy is the only effective method of treatment of advanced proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR）.However,the efficacy of surgery is not very satisfied because of the complex condition of the PDR,the difficulty of surgery of PDR and postoperative surgical complications.Traditional Chinese medicine in the eye perioperative period and vitreous hemorrhage treatment has certain advantages.So it is feasible to improve the curative effect to apply Chinese medicine in the treatment during perioperative period.Based on the research on the pathogenesis character of advanced PDR and the surgical trauma pathogenesis,the main discussion was around the pathogenesis character of vitrectomy perioperative period in advanced PDR and the treatment methods.
