摘要
基于《中国区域创新能力报告》中企业创新数据，以大中型工业企业创新能力综合指标为支撑平台，首先利用敏感性技术对基础指标进行筛选，简化现有指标体系，然后利用PLS通径模型对我国31个省的企业创新能力进行评价研究。对重构的企业创新能力评价结果的有效性验证，表明评价结果具有一定的可信性。
On the base of enterprises innovation data in ＂Annual Report of Regional Innovation Capability of China＂, and as supporting platform for the innovation capacity composite pointers of large and medium-sized industrialenterprises, This paper first, utilizes the sensitivity analysis method to filtration of basic pointers and to simplify the existing index system; and then uses the PLS path model to evaluate and study the enterprises innovation capabilityof 31 provinces in China. The validity of evaluation results of reconstructed enterprises innovation capability is credible to some extent.
