摘要
由于马拉松运动医疗救护工作时间跨度大,比赛不确定因素多,赛中突发事件几率大等特点,因此要求准备工作充分和应急预案全面。为了更好地服务于马拉松赛事的医疗救护工作,将PDCA计划循环法运用其过程管理当中,期望全面提高其计划管理水平,从而保证赛事顺利圆满完成。
Because the marathon sports medical care time is long and there are many uncertain factors in the competition and the emergency ratio is low in the competition, the preparation work and precaution work should be conducted well. The paper proposes to practice the PDCA plan circulating method in the process management so as to improve the plan management.
