摘要
基于我国目前城镇基本养老保险的制度设计,以及对未来中国人口老龄化的预期,可以说城镇基本养老制度,在未来所要承受巨大的挑战将是毫无疑问的。目前理论界也就此问题提出了各种解决方法以及相关的效用分析。本文通过对"延长法定退休年龄"这一解决基本养老制度压力的途径进行假设,对不同法定退休年龄状态下,从目前到2050年的时间范围内,对我国城镇基本养老保险金的"年龄缺口"进行描述和分析。从而为应对人口老龄化带来的制度压力提供理论支持。
Considering China＇s urban basic pension system at present and China＇s population aging, scholars estimate that the basic urban pension system is to be under great pressure in the future and suggest various solutions with utility and efficiency evaluations of them. This paper holds that late retirement seems to be a more practical solution to the increasingly pending pressure on China＇s urban pension system. The age gaps of pension system under different retirement age assumption from 2012 to 2050 is predicted and analyzed in order to provide a theoretical reference for the police-making for the coming urban pension challenge.
