摘要
在高校实施本科导师制度是我国高校管理的重大尝试,经过近年来的摸索已经具有一定的普遍性。在其发展过程中,既发挥了积极作用也存在不足,需要予以发展和完善。辽宁工程技术大学安全科学与工程学院作为全国普通高校中的一个代表,其在发展的过程中也面临着同样的问题,通过对其实例的分析,探讨在实践过程中存在的问题,则对高校本科导师制度的发展和完善不无裨益。
The implementation of undergraduate tutor system is a significant attempt that grew up in China higher education system,which has a certain degree of universality after years of development.The implementation of undergraduate tutor system has played a positive role,also exist the inadequacy in the process of development,its need to be developed and perfected.As one representative in the national common college,College of safety science and engineering of Liaoning Technical University is also faced with the same problem in its development process.Through analyzing the practical examples,the article found the problems existing in the practice that will benefit the development and improvement of the undergraduate tutorial system.
