思想政治理论课教学的现状与对策分析

摘要 思想政治理论课教学是一个教师和学生、教育者和受教育者相互作用、相互影响的实践过程。高校思想政治理论课教师教育理念滞后、对教材认识偏差,大学生对学习思想政治理论课的认识不到位、学习不积极,教学内容重复性和形式性强、缺乏对现实的解释力等诸多因素严重影响了思想政治理论课教学价值的实现,严重制约了其有效性的发挥。精准把握中国和世界的发展态势,提高思想政治理论课教学的针对性;完善领导体制,切实强化思想政治理论课教学管理;加强队伍建设,优化师资结构对增强思想政治理论课教学具有重要的现实意义。 Ideological and political theory course teaching is the process of practice of a double subject interaction and mutual influence. The backward in education concept of the ideological and political theory course teacher in the university, the awareness deviation to the teaching material, not synchronous in the awareness of college students, the strong teaching content repeatability and form, and lack of the explanatory power of reality and other factors, severely restrict the effect of the ideological and political theory course teaching. Accurately grasping of the international and domestic situations, improving the ideological and political theory course teaching aim;strengthe- ning the leadership system of ideological and political theory course teaching management;and Strengthening the team construction, optimizing the structure of teachers has the important practical significance on the enhancement of ideological and political theory course teaching.
