摘要
目的探讨16排螺旋CT后处理技术在骨关节创伤中的应用价值。方法应用GE Bright Speed16排螺旋CT机,对85例外伤性骨关节创伤患者采用横断面扫描及多平面重建(MPR)、容积重建(VR)及表面遮盖法重建(SSD)成像,并进行综合分析。结果通过CT轴位图像及后处理重建图像,能清楚准确地显示骨折线及骨折损伤程度。结论 16排螺旋CT扫描能全面、直观地显示细微及复杂性骨折,为临床制定手术治疗方案提供了强有力的科学依据。
Objective To discuss the application value of post-processing technique of 16 slice spiral CT in the bone and joint trauma. Methods Eighty five patients with bone and joint trauma were made comprehensive analysis by transverse scan, multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), volume rendering (VR) and surface shaded display (SSD), using GE Bright Speed 16 slice spiral CT. Results Through the axial CT image and post-processing reconstructed image, the fracture line and the degree of fracture injuries could be shown clearly and accurately. Conclusion 16 slice spiral CT scanning can show tiny and complicated bone fracture completely and directly, and provides strong scientific basis for making surgical treatment plan in clinic.
