摘要
榆林气田南区低产气井较多,携液能力较差,凝析水在举升过程中由于滑脱效应逐渐在井筒里及井底近区积聚,积液现象普遍存在,严重影响气井正常生产。泡沫排水采气是解决"气井积液"的有效方法之一,但泡沫排水采气的关键在于起泡剂的性能。本文主要通过对UT-17型泡排棒现场试验,分析泡排效果,确定该泡排棒适合加注的气井及加注时机,有效提高单井泡排效果。
In south of Yulin gas field, most of gas well are low yield, liquid carrying ability is bad, and condensate water gradually gathered in well and at the bottom of well in lifting process because of slippage effect. Effusion phenomenon exists generally. It seriously influences the normal production of gas well. Foam drainage gas production is one of effective methods to resolve liquid loading. The key of foam drainage gas production is the performance of foaming agent. The paper makes field test on UT-17 foaming agent, analyzes foaming drainage effect to determine the suitable gas well and injection time, and effectively improve the foaming drainage effect of single well.
