摘要
将三羧乙基膦(TCEP)羊毛低温染色助剂应用于羊毛染色中,以提高染料的上染率,其优化的染色工艺为:染料2%(omf),TCEP 0.5%(omf),渗透剂JFC 0.6 g/L,染色温度85℃;与常规染色效果对比,低温染色的色深度、色牢度等与常规染色相当,但低温染色降低了染色羊毛损伤,提高了强力和伸长率。通过溴Allworden反应和氨基酸分析证明,TCEP助剂能打开羊毛的二硫键交联,使羊毛结构变得疏松,有利于染料的扩散,从而能在较低温下提高上染率和染色牢度。
In low temperature dyeing of wool, the dye uptake is improved assisted with triethylphosphine (TCEP). The opt mum process is defined via orthogonal tests, that is, acid dye of 2%(omf) ,TCEP of 0.5%(omf), penetrating agent JFC of 0.6 g/L and dyeing temperature of 85 ℃. Compared with the traditional dyeing method, the low temperature dyeing of wool using TCEP is able to achieve the same levels as the former on the aspects of dyeing depth and colour fastness. In addition, the dyeing damage and the loss of strength and elongation in low temperature dyeing are relieved obviously. Both the Bromine-Allworden reaction and amino acid analysis prove that the disulfide bonds of wool are opened, therefore, the wool structure is more porous. The higher dye uptake and better color fastness have obtained in low temperature dyeing process.
