摘要 鼓形齿联轴器是动车驱动装置的关键部件之一。为了提高我国高速动车鼓形齿联轴器的设计和制造水平,实现国产化,研究了鼓形齿动力学特性。导出了自由振动方程及固有频率方程。建立了联轴器鼓形齿的有限元模型。对几种不同鼓形量的鼓形齿进行了结构动力学和强度分析,得到了联轴器鼓形齿的动态特性和接触应力。最后制造了样机,进行了模态试验,验证了理论分析的正确性。 Crowned teeth coupling is one of the key components for high-speed train driving devices.To improve the level of design and manufacture of high-speed train crowned teeth coupling,the dynamic characteristic of crowned teeth was studied particularly.The free vibration equation and natural frequency equation were deduced.The finite element model of crowned teeth was established.The structural dynamics and intensity were analyzed for several different crowned teeth of drum-shaped size,and the dynamic characteristics and contact stress were obtained.Finally,the prototype was manufactured,and the validity of the theory analysis was proved by modal testing.
