摘要
为应对MBA教育教学工作面临的"课程的理论性与实践性不平衡"等诸多问题,文章提出了"通过建立交流分享机制,取长补短,顿悟智慧,深化书本知识,升华理论学习,助推全面成长"的体验式MBA教育教学SCP培养模式。其中,交流分享机制以"拓展旅游、主题演讲和主题沙龙"为前奏,以融"移动课堂、参观交流、案例研讨、专题讲座和社会实践"为一体的班级大讲堂活动为载体,撰写小论文,拓展毕业论文,并进行了验证。
To address the following challenges constituted by the imbalance between theory and practice in MBA teaching,an experiential MBA-SCP model,to the effect that MBA students get promoted in a systematic way in terms of deepening book knowledge and sublimating theory learning,is constructed by establishing the communicating and sharing mechanism to help MBA students gain insight and wisdom so as to improve its teaching quality.This communicating and sharing mechanism,in which the outward travel,keynote speech and theme salon are held as a preliminary and the class activities integrating mobile classroom,visiting,case study,keynote lecture and social practice are conducted,can instruct students to write papers and graduation thesis.The overall effect of the proposed model is also analyzed.
