冠心病患者超敏C-反应蛋白与颈动脉内中膜厚度检测及相关性分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者体内炎症反应与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性,为其早期诊治及预后判断提供依据。方法研究对象为同期经冠脉造影确诊的冠心病患者262例(冠心病组,其中不稳定型心绞痛168例,稳定型心绞痛94例)及非冠心病患者80例(对照组)。研究对象入院后均检测超敏C-反应蛋白,颈动脉内中膜厚度,并对冠心病组血清hs-CRP及颈动脉内中膜厚度行线性相关分析。结果冠心病组hs-CRP及颈动脉内中膜厚度水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),不稳定型心绞痛组hs-CRP及颈动脉内中膜厚度水平均显著高于稳定型心绞痛组(P<0.001);冠心病组血清hs-CRP水平与颈动脉内中膜厚度呈显著正相关(r=0.121,P<0.001)。结论冠心病患者存在慢性炎症反应及颈动脉内膜病变,并且其炎症反应及颈动脉内膜病变呈正相关,及时检测hs-CRP水平及颈动脉内中膜厚度对早期诊治及预后判断具有重要意义。
