摘要 碱性过硫酸钾消解-紫外分光光度法是测定水体中总氮的最常用分析测试方法,但在实际工作中,由于试剂的纯度不足,空白值往往会过大影响测定结果的准确度。为了解决试剂纯度不足的问题,进行了过硫酸钾重结晶提纯处理试验分析,摸索出试验步骤及相关参数。根据所述方法,过硫酸钾重结晶提纯处理后,试剂空白值明显降低,满足实际工作中总氮测定的要求。 Alkaline Potassium persulfate digestion UV spectrophotometric method is a universal measurement and analysis method for TN content in water body. But in practice, due to insufficient purity of reagents, the blank value is often larger and influences the measurement accuracy. In order to solve the problem of insufficient purity of reagents, Potassium sulfate crystalli- zation purification treatment test is carried out and the test procedures and corresponding parameters are determined. Based on the method, the blank value of reagent can be reduced notably and meet the measurement requirement of TN in practice.
