摘要
主要研究了毛织物染整加工过程中常用的强酸性染料染羊毛时产生的废水中各项指标对环境的影响,主要监测指标为色度、pH值、电导率、COD和总氮含量,对这些废水环境监测指标分析。结果表明,废水中污染指标值随染料结构以及染色工艺条件不同而变化,色度、电导率、COD值、总氮含量均随染料用量的增加而增大。因此,毛纺印染厂应根据各自采用的加工方法特点和产生废水的各项指标值进行分析,合理选择废水处理的方法。
The paper mainly studied the influence of the waste water discharged from wool product dyeing process with acid dyes on the environment. The main monitoring indexes include ehroma, pH, electrical conductivity, COD and total nitrogen. The result showed that these contamination index values differ from dye structure and dyeing process. Chroma, electrical conductivity, COD and total nitrogen increased with the amount of dyes. However, wool product dyeing plant should choose wastewater treatment method according to effluent features from different dyes and dyeing process. Research result provides reference data for wastewater treatment discharged from wool dyeing and finishing process.
