摘要
目的:比较羚羊角商品药材及各部位中胆固醇的含量,为该药材的质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为208nm,柱温为室温。结果:不同归规格、不同部位羚羊角中胆固醇的含量表明,全角明显高于骨塞,全角中角尖高于角基;全角样品含量较稳定,角丝与角粉含量差异较大。结论:测定羚羊角商品药材各部位中胆固醇的含量,可为该药材质量评价提供依据;市售羚羊角丝、角粉质量差别较大,值得注意。
Objective：Compare cholesterol content in antelope horn and different parts of it,and provide scientific evidence for quality evalution of the medicine.Methods：RP-HPLC method was used,chromatographic column was Agilent C18 column,mobile phase was carbinol,flow rate was 1.0mL/min,column temperature was room temperature.Results：Cholesterol content of different standard and different parts of antelope horn showed cholesterol content in full-shaped horn was higher than that in bone plug,horn apex higher than horn site.Cholesterol content of antelope horn was stable,and content in horn silk and power was significantly different.Conclusion：Testing cholesterol content in different parts of antelope horn could provide quality evaluation evidence.Antelope horn silk and power sold in market was different,which was worth paying more attention.
