摘要 研究了变电站接地网腐蚀状态的电化学测量方法,用一套实用的接地网腐蚀状态检测装置,将Cu/CuSO4参比电极与石墨辅助电极置于绝缘腔内,与碳钢工作电极构成三电极体系,用CMB-2510A腐蚀速度测量仪原位测量接地金属的极化电阻值Rp,自制简易限流探头能将限流面积控制在约2.5 cm2,无需开挖的情况下就能有效测定接地网的腐蚀状态。 This paper studied on the electrochemical measurement methods of substation grounding grids' corrosion, using a practical grounding grid corrosion detection device that places the Cu/CuS04 reference electrode and graphite auxiliary electrode in the insulated cavity to constitute a three-electrode system with carbon steel working electrode, and using the CMB-2510A corrosion rate meter to measure the polarization resistance of grounded metal in situ,the homemade simple current limiting probes can limit the area to about 2.5 cm^2 , so it can effectively determine the corrosion status of grounding grid without excavation.
