摘要
中风病的致病原因,历代多有争议,现在"风、火、痰、瘀、气、虚"等病因被广大学者认同,但多强调气血逆乱。对于基本病机,观点不一,试参照历代医家对本病的病机认识,结合现代医学,探求缺血性中风病病因病机。
AThere are many argues about the cause of stroke in the past dynamics. Now as the pathogenic factors ＂the wind, fire, phlegm, blood stasis, Qi, deficiency＂ are recognized by the majority of scholars. But they put emphasis on the view of ＂disorder of Qi-blood＂, while for the basic pathogenesis they have different opinions. This paper tries to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of isehemic stroke in re- ferring to the recognition of the physicians in past dynasties and combining with that of the modern medicine.
