摘要
目的观察血栓通联合川芎嗪治疗瘀血阻络型急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法将本院收治的66例瘀血阻络型急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各33例。在西医常规治疗基础上,观察组采用血栓通联合川芎嗪治疗,对照组采用川芎嗪治疗,疗程为14 d。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗后6周的m RS评分。结果观察组的总有效率为87.88%,明显高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组m RS评分为0～1分的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血栓通联合川芎嗪治疗瘀血阻络型急性缺血性脑卒中的效果确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong combined with ligustrazine treating acute ischemic stroke of type obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis. Methods 66 patients with acute ischemic stroke of type obstruction of collaterals were randomly divided into the observation group（n=33）and control group （n=33）.On the conventional treatment of western medicine,the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong combined with ligustrazine, the control group was treated with ligustrazine.The treatment effect and mRS score after 6 weeks treatment were com- pared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （87.88%） was obviously higher than that in the control group （72.73%）,and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）;proportion of 0-1 points of mRS in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xueshuantong combined with ligustrazine treating acute ischemic stroke of type obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis has an exact effect.
