摘要
初晶温度是铝电解生产中重要的参数之一,我们利用ARM9(EP9315)强大的快速实时处理和图形显示功能及FPGA的高速并行和灵活控制的功能,设计了一套基于ARM和FPGA的嵌入式实时在线铝电解质初晶温度检测系统。该系统可以在15英寸触摸屏上实时显示温度曲线并能实时的计算出初晶温度值。通过上层软件可以实时地将采集到的温度数据和曲线数据保存到数据库中,以便后期分析。
Initial crystallization temperature value is one of important parameters in the aluminum electrolysis production. This paper describes an on - line detection system, based on power embedded processor of ARM 9 ( EP9315 ) to fast process data and display graphics, and FPGA with high - speed to parallel control and operate signal for detection temperature of the aluminum electrolyte initial crystallization. The system has the abilities of on - line showing temperature curve on touch screen of LCD in 15 inch, presenting initial crystallization temperature value by our algorithm and storing temperature data and temperature curve by our application program on data base in order to analyze after on - site detection.
