摘要
作者开发的有限元分析方法,可用于计算连续铸钢过程中结晶器内坯壳生长情况及表面温度分析,并具有图形显示功能,操作人员可直观地观察钢水在结晶器内的凝固状态及出口坯壳厚度,该软件具有重要的实用价值。
A finite element method with phase change has been obtained. The software is used to calculate the growing process of the slab shell and surface temperature distribution. The diagrammatic chart can be drown by this, the operator can know the moulad's exit slab shall thi-ckness and solidification characteristic in the mould. The software has great significance in production and practice.
