吉林省不同地区的试验仓全仓平均粮温变化幅度在20℃~25℃之间,虽然平均粮温也随着外温和仓温的变化而改变,但其幅度小于外温和仓温。高大平房仓起到了良好的隔热作用,减少了气温对粮温的影响,能够始终保持稳定的储粮环境。高大平房仓中各层面粮温变化幅度不同,其中上层粮温变化幅度最大,年变化幅度达到32.9℃,主要原因是受仓温和外温影响较大。各区域平均粮温一年中波动幅度为:外围34℃>中央11.6℃>中环10℃,一年中外围区域温度始终高于中央区域温度。当外围粮温高于中央粮温一定程度时,就会对储粮安全构成威胁。
The average grain temperature change in test warehouses of different areas ranges from 20℃to 25℃. Though the average grain temperature changes with the varieties of warehouse temperatureand exterior temperature, it is smaller than that of warehouse temperature and exterior temperature. Large warehouses have favorable insulation effects which lessen the effect of temperature on grain temperature and help to maintain a stable grain storage environment. Different layers of grain temperature in large warehouses are different change simultaneously, among which the grain surface grain changes obviously, even at an annual change of 32.9~C. The change is primarily due to the influence undulating of warehouse temperature and exterior temperature. Average grain temperature in each place within a year fluctuates as follows: peripheral temperature 34℃〉 central temperature 11.6℃〉middle ring temperature 10℃. The measurement of grain temperature in large warehouses shows that peripheral temperature is always higher than central temperature, but if theirs distances extend to certain degree, it will threat to grain storage safety.
