摘要
目的:观察针刺疗法治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症的疗效。方法:将72例泪液分泌不足型干眼症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组进行针刺,对照组人工泪液点眼,两组均30天为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率88.89%,对照组总有效率55.56%。统计学统计P<0.05,有显著意义。结论:针刺治疗泪液分泌不足型干眼症有效。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of xerophthalmia which is caused by inadequate secretion of tears. Methods ：72 patients suffering from xerophthalmia caused by inadequate secretion of tears were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture, the con- trol group used artificial tears, 30 days for a course. Results ：The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.89% and the control group was 55.56% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： The acupuncture treatment of xerophthalmia which is caused by inadequate secretion of tears is effective.
