用硫酸从钴土矿中还原浸出钴的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对琼北地区某钴土矿,以硫酸亚铁和稀硫酸作浸取剂,通过一系列单因素条件试验,考察了温度、时间、硫酸初始浓度、搅拌转速和液固体积质量比对钴浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在反应温度50℃、浸出时间2h、硫酸初始浓度1.2mol/L、搅拌转速250r/min、液固体积质量比10∶1条件下,钴浸出率可达96.1%。在优化条件下重复试验,钴平均浸出率达满意结果。 Leaching of cobalt from an asbolite ore in Joan North using ferrous sulfate and dilute sulfuric acid as leaching agent has been studied by a series of single factor experiments. Effects of temperature, time, sulfuric acid initial concentration, stirring speed and liquid-solid ratio on cobalt leaching are examined. The results show that cobalt of over 96% can be leached under the conditions of reaction temperature of 50 ℃,leaching time of 2 hours,initial concentration of sulfuric acid of 1.2 tool/L, stir speed of 250 r/min and liquid-solid ratio of 10 : 1. At the optimum conditions,the average leaching rate of cobalt is with satisfactory in the repeat leaching experiments.
