摘要
研究了用硫酸铜溶液与硫代硫酸钠反应制备还原浸出水钴矿的新还原剂,并从热力学角度分析了新还原剂浸出水钴矿的过程。试验结果表明,在硫酸铜溶液质量浓度为210g/L、硫代硫酸钠用量为理论量1.25倍、反应时间60min和反应温度95℃条件下,新还原剂制备过程中铜转化率达99.97%,还原剂中铜硫质量比为3∶1。X-射线衍射分析结果说明,新还原剂由CuS、Cux S和Cu2S等介稳态铜硫化物组成。新还原剂浸出Co2O3的验证试验结果表明,钴浸出率达91.2%。
A novel reductant for reduction leaching heterogenite was prepared by the reaction between copper sulfate solution with sodium thiosulfate and leaching of heterogenite using the novel reductant was analysised based on thermodynamieas. Experimental results indicate that conversion rate of copper reaches 99.97%,mass ratio of copper and sulfur in the reductant is 3 :1 under the conditions of CuSO4 concentration of 210 g/L, Na2S203 dosage being 1. 25 times of theoretical amount, reaction temprature of 95 ℃and reaction time of 60 minutes. X-ray diffraction analysis illustate that the novel reductant is composed of CuS, CuT S and Cu2S metastable copper sulfide. Results of verification experiment for leaching CocOa using the novel reductant show that cobalt leaching rate reaches 91.2%.
