摘要
以红掌盆花品种‘大哥大’(‘Dakota’)为试验材料,研究不同浓度蔗糖处理对与佛焰苞颜色相关的生理特征影响,旨在改善佛焰苞秋冬季节的品质,降低"绿耳"发生率。结果表明:加施蔗糖能有效提高佛焰苞的色相a*值和彩度C*值,降低"绿耳"发生率,促进可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖的积累,提高总花青素苷和总黄酮的含量,同时降低叶绿素含量。综合各项指标得出,秋冬季节对‘Dakota’加施蔗糖可改善佛焰苞"绿耳"现象,适宜的处理时间及浓度分别为:8、9月中旬,选择0.05 mol/L的蔗糖水溶液处理,9月下旬至12月底,应加大蔗糖浓度,选择0.15 mol/L蔗糖水溶液,效果最佳。
The influence of different concentrations of sucrose on the physiological characteristics associated with spathe color of Anthurium andraeanum Linden 'Dakota' was studied. The results showed that the color parameter a* and C* in the ear part of spathe was effectively improved, the contents of total anthoeyanin, total flavonoids, soluble protein and soluble sugar increased, the incidence of "Green Ear" and the content of chlorophyll were reduced. Took all the physiological indices into consideration, it showed that the treatment of 0.05 mol/L sucrose in August to late September and the treatment of 0.15 mol/L sucrose in mid-September to the end of December had the best effects for the spathe color improvement.
