摘要
搪瓷层鳞爆是搪瓷钢板的常见缺陷。对Ti、V复合微合金化的低碳搪瓷钢板进行了不同压下量的轧制成形和不同温度的退火处理,研究材料再结晶状态及析出物和夹杂物分布对搪瓷层鳞爆及其与基体密着性的影响。试验结果表明,压下量和退火温度对搪瓷层与基体的密着性没有明显的影响,但对抗搪瓷鳞爆性有明显影响,完全再结晶和弥散分布的夹杂物有利于提高搪瓷钢板的抗鳞爆性能。
Enamel fish-scaling is a common defect of enamel sheet. A low carbon sheet having a trace of titanium and vanadium was rolled at different reductions and annealed at different temperatures to investigate the effect of recrystallized structure and distribution of inclusion and precipitate in the sheet on fish-scaling behavior of enamel and its adherence with the sheet substrate. The results show that the reduction and annealing temperature have a little influence on the adherence but considerable influence on the fish-scaling behavior of enamel, and that complete recrystallization and dispersed inclusions are beneficial to improvement on fish-scaling resistance of enamel-coated sheet.
