摘要 乙醇汽油是极具发展潜力的清洁可再生燃料,影响乙醇汽油推广应用的关键是它的稳定性问题。本研究通过测定乙醇汽油混合物的浊点变化,考察了表面活性剂及助剂对含水乙醇汽油的增溶性。实验表明,异构醇类助剂对乙醇汽油有较好增溶性;复合助剂比单一助剂效果好,其中混合助剂异戊醇和异丁醇效果最好;乳化剂SP-80对含水乙醇汽油具有很好的增溶性,比异构醇类助剂效果好,并且随着加入量的增加,效果更加显著;乳化剂SP-80和助剂异戊醇复配效果最好,当SP-80体积分数为1.0%,异戊醇体积分数为1.0%时,乙醇汽油的相分离温度达到-35.0℃。 Ethanol-gasoline is a clean renewable fuel that has extreme development potential,the key problem to affect popularization and application of ethanol-gasoline is its stability.Through determination of cloud point change of ethanol-gasoline mixture,the solubilization of surfactants and additives for hydrated ethanol-gasoline blends was investigated.Experiments show that,heterogeneous alcohol additive has good solubilization for ethanol and gasoline;the solubilization of compound additives is better than that of single additive;among them,isoamyl alcohol and isobutyl alcohol mixture is best;Emulsifier SP-80 has very good solubilization for hydrated ethanol-gasoline,is better than heterogeneous alcohol additives,and with increasing of the dosage,the effect is more significant;Emulsifier SP-80 and additives isoamyl alcohol blends have the best compound effect,when SP-80 volume content is 1.0%,isoamyl alcohol volume content is 1.0%,phase separation temperature of ethanol and gasoline can reach-35.0 ℃.
