摘要
外形尺寸为240mm×166mm×130mm的电子壳体零件,要求组织致密,表面完整,并满足气密性要求。通过改变结构工艺、增加导流筋、四浇道改为两浇道以及更改零件局部壁厚等措施,成功开发出电子壳体压铸模具。
Electric housing parts with 240 mm× 166 mm × surface and meets the air tightness. Through modifying the fie, setting two runner and adjusting partial wall thickness, sucessfully. 130 mm required compact structure, sound processing structure, adding the guide bar- and so on, the die-casting die was developed
