摘要 结合生产经验,讨论了同等材质、同样功率条件下六缸发动机排气岐管流道形状、圆弧过渡曲率半径、局部壁厚、使用环境等因素对排气岐管寿命周期的影响。提出了圆形或椭圆形流道优于方形流道,圆弧过渡曲率半径大较优,热作用区部位使用较大壁厚等观点。 Combining with production experience, the factors influencing the service life of exhaust manifold of 6 cylinders were discussed under the same conditions of material and work power, concerning the factors, such as the shape of flow channel, the size of the arc radius of curvature, partial wall thickness and the using environmental. The viewpoints that the round or oval flow channel are better than squares, the larger arc radius of curvature is better, and the bigger wall thickness was used in the location of thermal action, were put forward.
