摘要
采用扫描电镜、压汞测孔仪等微观分析方法,结合宏观物理力学性能实验,测试了加入聚羧酸减水剂后α-半水脱硫石膏的水化温升、水化率、硬化体的强度、孔结构以及显微结构,并研究聚羧酸减水剂对α-半水脱硫石膏水化硬化性能的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂对石膏水化进程影响较小;在一定的掺量内,聚羧酸减水剂能大幅提高石膏硬化体强度,改善硬化体孔结构,降低石膏孔隙率,细化孔径,这是聚羧酸减水剂提高α-半水脱硫石膏硬化体强度的内在原因。
By means of scanning electron microscope, mercury porosimetry, as well as the macro- property measurements, the influence of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the temperature rise of hydration, hydration ratio, strength, pore structure, and microstructure of a-hemihydrate desulfurization gypsum were investigated. The results indicated that the addition of polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a polycarboxylate superplasticizer reinforced a-hemihydrate desulfurization gypsum.
