不同育秧方式对水稻秧苗生长及耐逆性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Seedling Raising Methods on Growth and Abiotic Stress Tolerance of Rice Seedlings

摘要 为探讨当前生产条件下实现水稻增产的适宜育秧方式,以杂交水稻桂两优2号为试材,设土床旱育秧、编织布旱育秧、塑盘旱育秧、编织布湿润育秧和塑盘湿润育秧5种方式,在不同育秧方式基础上设置施用壮秧剂和不施壮秧剂2个处理水平,研究育秧方式对水稻秧苗生长的影响。结果表明:早稻湿润育秧尤其是塑盘湿润育秧的秧苗长势较旱育秧的好,晚稻旱育秧尤其是编织布旱育秧秧苗长势较湿润育秧的好;在抗逆性方面,早稻、晚稻旱育秧尤其是编织布旱育秧秧苗耐冷及耐高温能力较湿润育秧的强;施用壮秧剂可促进秧苗生长,提高秧苗耐冷耐高温能力;育秧方式与壮秧剂交互作用对早稻秧苗生长的影响较晚稻显著。本试验条件下,最适宜的育秧方式是编织布与施壮秧剂组合的旱育秧方式。 In order to explore the suitable seedling raising method in current production condition, the rice cultivar Gui-Liangyou-2 was used to investigate the effects of seedling raising methods on growth of rice seedlings, which included seedlings raised on dry bed(A,), seedlings raised on woven cloth with dry bed(A2), seedlings raised on plastic trays with dry bed (Aa), seedlings raised on woven cloth with moisture bed(A4) and seedlings raised on plastic trays with moisture bed(As ), all of which were treated by applying and not applying seedling strengthen agent. The results showed that the seedling growth status of moisture-raising seedlings(including A4 and As), especially in As was dramatically better than that of dry- raising seedlings(including AI , A2 and a )in the early season. Meanwhile, the seedling growth status of dry- raising seedlings(including A1 ,A2 and Aa), especially in A2 was dramatically better than that of moisture- raising seedlings (including A4 and As ) in the late season. Under adversity condition, the dry-raising seedlings(including A1, A2 and Aa), especially in A2 has a superior chill tolerance and high temperature tolerance in the early season and late season. In addition, applying seedling strengthen agent could promote seedling growth and enhance chill tolerance and high temperature tolerance of rice seedling. The interaction between seedling raising methods and application seedling strengthen agent was more significant for the seedling growth in the early season than in late season. In the present study, the most suitable seedling raising method was A2 with application of seedling strengthen agent.
