摘要
在成都平原稻麦两熟种植制度区,以川香9838为材料,从播种期、播种量、育秧材料和育秧方式4个方面对水稻机插秧育秧技术进行了研究。结果表明:4月5~10日播种,选用透水膜作育秧的衬垫,每平方米播种300 g,按照旱育秧苗床管理技术进行苗床管理,即使45 d秧龄,秧苗也生长整齐,适于机插。以塑料机插秧盘为衬底,每盘播种量从90g降到50g,采用塑盘旱育秧管理技术,既大幅降低了播种量,又能培育出秧龄30~35 d,满足早茬口机插的秧苗。蔬菜茬采用机插秧比人工插秧全程节本增效2967.65元/hm^2,小麦茬节本增效2037.60元/hm^2。
The studies on the seedling nursery technology for rice transplanter under rice-wheat cropping system in Chengdu plain were conducted in 2005~2006.There were four factors(seedling age,sowing density,nursery material and nursery method) were researched.The variety was hybrid rice Chuanxiang 9838.The results indicated that sowing in 5-10 April,using permeable film as interleaver,sowing density 300 g/m^2,and managing seedbed according to the technology of dry seedbed nursery rice seedling could rise orderly,45 days seedling age and suitable for transplanter.Using plastic tray as interleaver,reducing the sowing density from 90 g/tray to 50 g/tray(about 300 g/m^2),adopting the technology of dry seedbed nursery rice seedling,not only to save the hybrid seed,but also to raise 30 to 35 days seedling age,strong rice seedling for transplanter.Compared with the hand transplanting,transplanting rice seedling by transplanter would get more economic return 2967.65 yuan/hm^2 in the paddy field of vegetable,and 2037.60 yuan/hm^2 in the paddy field of wheat.
