摘要
在线信誉系统是解决电子商务信任缺乏问题行之有效的重要手段之一,已在各商务网站普遍应用。但其理论设计和具体应用中还存在着诸多问题,一直受到学界或业界的持续关注。总结了电子商务网站在线信誉系统应用现状及其基本特征,在此基础上结合学界的研究成果和业界的实践,针对其在实践应用中暴露出的信誉值计算模型和系统设计两方面的问题进行了具体分析探讨、提出了应对策略,并指出在线信誉系统发展的两大趋势,为业界今后进一步完善在线信誉系统提供参考。
As an important and very effective means to build e-commerce trust, online credit system has universal application in all ecommerce websites. Since there are still many problems with online credit system in the theoretical design and specific application, it has been Continually concerned by academia and industry. This paper summarizes the status quo and basic characteristics of online credit system for e-commerce website applications, combines academic research and industry practice and conducts a detailed analysis to explore the problems in the credit computing model and system design. The paper presents a strategy to deal with these problems and points out two major trends in the development of credit system. The research may provide reference to further improving the online credit system.
